County Club Workshop 29 September 2018
Further to the objectives agreed by your Gloucestershire Archery Society Management Meeting earlier this year (copy attached) it was agreed we would arrange 2 workshops (costs to be covered by your county!) to help with supporting the development of your club.
We are pleased to inform you that the first of the workshops has been organised for Saturday 29th September at the Hucclecote Social Centre (Gloucester). Starting at 9am and finishing 4pm. Buffet lunch will be provided.
Action Required by 7th September please!
Can each County Club please nominate 2 people to attend the workshop.
Any questions or communications to Roger Crang firstname.lastname@example.org
We have arranged for a Sport England Mentor to run part of the day and there will also be an Archery GB representative to support the event!
An important part of the day will be the opportunity for clubs to network and get to know each other so we are inviting 2 members from each county club.

What about ClubMark and ClubMatters?
Review of club status and help needed towards a brighter future.
The topics covered will mostly be relevant to those who have responsibility for, or involvement in running their club, either now or in the future. We encourage more than one person from a club to attend so that knowledge and business skills can be shared within their club.
We fully recognise and understand that each club will have been shaped by its own priorities and that collectively members will have their own agenda for their club and that attendees will have widely ranging experiences and thoughts. This mix will be what will make this an interesting and hopefully positive experience that we can all take back to our club’s and make a difference!
PLEASE SUPPORT US TO IMPROVE OUR COUNTY AND CLUBS AND SEE IF WE CAN GET ALL CLUBS REPRESENTED!
