Archery GB Membership	Entrants must declare their Archery GB membership number on the entry form and membership cards must be shown when registering on the day. Failure to do so will result in you not being allowed to shoot.
Drug testing	All archers will be liable for drugs testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply. Refusal will be treated as a positive result. Parents or guardians must authorise drugs testing of junior archers by signing the entry form.
Dress Regulation Rule 307	For record status events there are dress regulations in place that have to be followed by all competitors. These are set out in the Rules of Shooting, but can be summarised as: • Tops must cover the front and back of the body (that is, they are not strapless). • Any colour clothing is permitted, except for blue denim, olive drab, and camouflage patterns. • Plain or archery-related clothing is recommended. • Footwear must cover the whole foot (no open-toed sandals or shoes are allowed).
Special Note	Please ensure that the organiser is aware of any special requirements you may have. Please do not assume that we already know. Archers who are unable to get to the target are requested, if possible, to arrange for an assistant to aid in scoring and arrow collection. If this is not possible, then please contact the organiser for advice.
Photography	In view of the provisions of the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the tournament organiser. Gloucestershire Archery Society will take all steps to ensure that photographs are only used for the purposes they are intended.
Smoking	No smoking on site. Please leave the school grounds this includes electronic cigarettes and vaping.
Data Protection	When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Date of Birth / Age category, Email, Address, Phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.
	By entering this event you agree that details such as Name, Bowstyle, Category or Club may be published in documents or lists relating to the event. A list of confirmed entrants will be published on the Gloucestershire Archery Society website as soon as practicable.

 Light refreshments (cakes, tea, coffee, etc.) can be purchased during the event.

 N.B. You must have received instruction in shooting Clout before this event.

Shooting 6 arrows each end and please - no sandals or open-toed shoes.

Juniors must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian at all times during the event.

We are an inclusive event. To help us prepare, please let us know of any special requirements

(i.e. colour blind or wheelchair) in the box below.

 CLOUT TOURNAMENT NOTES

The clout will be shot to GNAS Rules including the dress regulations.

All equipment will be inspected.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR GNAS CARD AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION ON REGISTRATION. 

Please note that to claim a tassel, the archer must be shooting the correct distance or above for his/her age. 

Archers may shoot shorter distance if desired but cannot claim a tassel.  Medals will be awarded according to entry.

Directions: From M5 Junction 14, take the B5409 toward Wotton-under-Edge (signposted Yate). Follow road for approximately two miles and turn LEFT to Charfield. After Charfield village follow road (straight over at roundabout) and after passing Renishaw on your LEFT and before reaching the Wotton town signpost, turn RIGHT towards the school (direction Wickwar, Chipping Sodbury, Yate). Turn RIGHT into school and park in second car park on the right.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your  entry more than 7 days prior to the start of the tournament we will charge a £5 administration fee on a refund,  unfortunately we are not able to refund the cost of the tournament fee cancelled with less than 7 days notice.

A substitute who meets the criteria for the tournament can be named at any time before the closing date.

Fitness and Risks
All participants must declare their fitness, existing injuries and/or any medical or other conditions,  you may not be able to take part / shoot even if you have booked and paid.

All participants must confirm that:

a) they will pay attention to the safety briefing at the start of the tournament regarding the risks involved; in the event that they miss the briefing it is their responsibility to discuss these issues with the tournament organiser prior to start of shooting; and they must follow all instructions throughout the tournament.

b) That they accept that these activities can be dangerous and can result in injury and

c) That they accept the risks involved and are responsible for their own actions and behaviour.

Photography
We reserve the right to use photographs or video taken at this event in publicity and promotional materials - printed and online. A person who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the course organiser in writing at the start of the tournament.

1. Associate bodies such as Archery GB, GWAS and County Clubs in order that they may communicate with you regarding archery events only or to allow the associate bodies to manage the running of the sport in their areas.

3. Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of Our Site.
