I hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Gloucestershire Archery Society will be held on Sunday 16th November 2025 at the Civil Service Club, Tewkesbury Rd, Cheltenham beginning at 2.00 pm.

The agenda for the meeting and the minutes of the 2025 AGM are attached for your reference.

If committee members could kindly send electronic copies of their reports to assist with preparation of the minutes

Note that the Coaches AGM will be at the same venue in the morning of 16^th November beginning 11:00am.
