We have arranged for a Sport England Mentor to run part of the day and there will also be an Archery GB representative to support the event!
An important part of the day will be the opportunity for clubs to network and get to know each other so we are inviting 2 members from each county club.

Developing a Business Plan - Securing a brighter future
Do you have a dream for your club but struggle to make progress? This part of the workshop will help you put together a simple yet effective business plan for your club to help you plan a brighter future and take real steps to reach your goals. Stop dreaming, start doing.
This covers:
- What a business plan can do for your club
- Key players in developing a business plan
- A simple framework to support your planning
- Top tips of what to include in your plan and common pitfalls to watch out for
How can Ontarget Membership help?
What about ClubMark and ClubMatters?
Review of club status and help needed towards a brighter future.
The topics covered will mostly be relevant to those who have responsibility for, or involvement in running their club, either now or in the future. We encourage more than one person from a club to attend so that knowledge and business skills can be shared within their club.
We fully recognise and understand that each club will have been shaped by its own priorities and that collectively members will have their own agenda for their club and that attendees will have widely ranging experiences and thoughts. This mix will be what will make this an interesting and hopefully positive experience that we can all take back to our club’s and make a difference!
PLEASE SUPPORT US TO IMPROVE OUR COUNTY AND CLUBS AND SEE IF WE CAN GET ALL CLUBS REPRESENTED!
